The SATA M.2 ArmourDrive 87 Series is designed for embedded systems that require high-performance, high-reliability removable data storage. Available with 1-bit-per-cell (SLC), 2-bit-per-cell (MLC) or 3-bit-per-cell NAND configurations, and operating at extreme temperatures, these small form factor solid state drive (SSD) modules give customers added flexibility for space-constrained applications

The 87 Series offers one of the widest ranges of capacities—from 32GB to 1TB—for SATA M.2 SSDs. SATA M.2 ArmourDrive uses advanced NAND flash management technology to preserve data integrity and extend SSD longevity. The mSATA ArmourDrive 86 Series offers high-reliability solid state storage on a small, printed circuit board (PCB) module. Available with 1-bit-per-cell (SLC), 2-bit-per-cell (MLC) or 3-bit-per-cell (TLC) NAND configurations, and operating at industrial temperatures, mSATA ArmourDrive is ideal for applications requiring removable data storage able to withstand the most extreme environments.

Built in the standard JEDEC MO-300 form factor, mSATA ArmourDrive surpasses Serial ATA hard disk drives with its superior functionality, endurance and reliability. The 86 Series includes robust power interrupt data protection to prevent data integrity issues and unrecoverable flash file system (FFS) corruption. mSATA ArmourDrive gives industrial, computing, security, video and networking customers added flexibility when selecting reliable solid state storage for space-constrained, embedded systems.
