The GLS85LE1020G/Q NANDrive™ solid state drives (SSDs) combine a NAND controller and 80 GBytes of NAND flash in a small, multi-chip package. These industrial SSDs support the PCIe Gen3x4 interface and are built in an industry standard M.2 1620 package. NVMe NANDrive is a robust, high performance storage solution with advanced security features, including AES-256 hardware encryption, Secure Erase and Hardware Crypto Erase (HCE). Based on Greenliant's EnduroSLC™ Technology, NVMe NANDrive EX Series SSDs provide ultra-high endurance and superior data retention for high stress applications.
