The GLS85VM1008E/G/Q NANDrive™ solid state drives (SSDs) combine a NAND controller and 8 GBytes of NAND flash in a small, multi-chip package. These industrial SSDs are available in an 11.5mm x 13mm, 153-ball, 0.5mm pitch package. eMMC NANDrive is a robust storage solution with low power consumption, configurable security and power interrupt data protection.
