The GLS85VM1004E/G/Q NANDrive™ solid state drives (SSDs) combine a NAND controller and 4 GBytes of NAND flash in a small, multi-chip package. These industrial SSDs are available in a 14mm x 18mm, 100-ball, 1.0mm pitch package and in a smaller 11.5mm x 13mm, 153-ball, 0.5mm pitch package. eMMC NANDrive is a robust storage solution with low power consumption, configurable security and power interrupt data protection. Based on Greenliant's EnduroSLC™ Technology, high endurance GLS85VM1004E/G/Q eMMC NANDrive SSDs are ideal for write-intensive applications used in high temperature, high stress environments.
