The GLS85VM1008C NANDrive™ solid state drive (SSD) combines a NAND controller and 8 GBytes of NAND flash in a small, multi-chip package. eMMC 5.1 NANDrive SSDs are available in a 14mm x 18mm, 100-ball, 1.0mm pitch package and in a smaller 11.5mm x 13mm, 153-ball, 0.5mm pitch package.  eMMC NANDrive is a robust storage solution with configurable security and power interrupt data protection.
