The GLS85LS1008P NANDrive™ solid state drive (SSD) combines a NAND controller and 8 GBytes of NAND flash in a small, multi-chip package. It provides more functionality than a Serial ATA hard disk drive (HDD), plus the superior performance, data integrity and reliability of solid state memory. SATA NANDrive products have the same pin-out across all capacities for flexibility, and 1mm ball spacing to enable the use of lower cost PCBs. The GLS85LS1008P SATA SSD is ideal for embedded and portable applications that require smaller form factor and more reliable data storage.
