eMMC NANDrive™
The award-winning NANDrive 85 Series offers a wide range of devices and capacities for long-life, energy-efficient applications. It combines a NAND flash controller--built on more than two decades of design expertise--and NAND flash die in a small form-factor, ball grid array (BGA) solid state drive (SSD). eMMC NANDrive is available with 1-bit-per-cell (SLC), 2-bit-per-cell (MLC) or 3-bit-per-cell (TLC) NAND to meet customers' lifespan, endurance and performance requirements for data storage in a wide range of applications.

eMMC NANDrive operates at full industrial temperatures between -40 and +85 degrees Celsius, giving customers a space-saving SSD that can withstand the most severe conditions. Designed for rigorous automotive, industrial and networking environments, eMMC NANDrive SSDs are available in a 14mm x 18mm, 100-ball, 1.0mm pitch package and in a smaller 11.5mm x 13mm, 153-ball, 0.5mm pitch package. All NANDrive products include enhanced data integrity and security features to protect critical user data.

The award-winning NANDrive 85 Series offers a wide range of devices and capacities for long-life, high-reliability applications. It combines a NAND flash controller--built on more than three decades of design expertise--and NAND flash die in a small form-factor, ball grid array (BGA) solid state drive (SSD). NVMe NANDrive offers superior endurance, high performance and advanced security, making it an ideal data storage solution for aerospace, defense, industrial and transportation applications.

CoNVMe NANDrive is built in an industry standard M.2 1620 (16 x 20mm, 291-ball) package, operates between-40 and +95 degrees Celsius, and is available with high-quality 1-bit-per-cell (SLC, EX Series) or 3-bit-per-cell (TLC, PX Series) NAND, giving customers a small form factor SSD that can withstand the most challenging environments. All NANDrive EX Series SSDs using EnduroSLC™ Technology are included in Greenliant's Long-Term Availability (LTA) program for extended product longevity.
