The GLS85LS1004P NANDrive™ solid state drive (SSD) combines a NAND controller and 4 GBytes of NAND flash in a small, multi-chip package. It provides more functionality than a Serial ATA hard disk drive (HDD), plus the superior performance, data integrity and reliability of solid state memory. SATA NANDrive products have the same pin-out across all capacities, giving customers flexibility and simplifying board design.
